Once you finish creating your email signature in the dashboard, the next step is to assign it to a specific team.

• If you want the same signature for all users, assign it to the “All” team.
• If you want different signatures for different groups, assign each template to the appropriate team in the dashboard.

All users in a team that has a template assigned will automatically see that email signature in their MailSign account, with their personal variables (name, title, etc.) filled in.

Each user must log in to their MailSign account using the same credentials they use for Tapni.

👣 Next steps:

• Go into your Dashboard- Profiles section- and choose profile for which you want to have the email signature, and click on Generate Signature
• After that, choose template, and click on ‘Copy Template link’
• The link will lead you to the mailsign.link website, because that’s Tapni tool that exists as a separate software as well
• Log in with the same details as for your Tapni dashboard
• then enter your existing signature, click on Save, then click on Generate
• then click on Copy Signature or Copy Source Code
