Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and we ensure to take every possible step to make that happen. But if for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with an item you purchased through the website, we accept returns and offer replacements subject to the terms and conditions herein this policy.

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds on completed services. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement. You understand that shipping and insurance charges are not refundable as well.

Acceptable Return Details

We accept product returns for a replacement if any of the following conditions are met:

  1. Incorrect Order Received: If the products you have received are fundamentally different from the products you have ordered (e.g. incorrect branding or customization)
  2. Damages and issues: If a product is defective your order will be either replaced. All claims for damaged items must be made within 30 days from the time of receiving your order with photo proofs. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage. If no claim for damage is made within 30 days of delivery, no action will be taken.
  3. Under Supply of Products: In the rare event that we undersupply a product, for example, fewer products than ordered, kindly alert us of this error within 30 days of your order's arrival so that we may supply additional units to complete the order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At tapni, we take pride in offering high-quality customized products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our customized products, we do not offer refunds for these items. Once an order for a customized product has been placed, our team begins working on creating the unique design requested by the customer. This process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and therefore we cannot offer refunds for these products.We strongly recommend that customers carefully review their order and design specifications before placing an order for a customized product.If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.
