Does Tapni work with iPhone and Android?

With almost all of them. Every modern iPhone and Android phone has NFC built in, and every card also has its own QR code that any phone camera can scan.

Does the other person need an app to receive my details?

No. When you tap or scan, your profile opens instantly in their browser. They can save your contact card with one tap — no app, no account needed.

Do I need a subscription to use my Tapni card?

No. Your card is a one-time purchase and works forever with the free Tapni app. Optional Pro features are available, but never required to share your details.

Can I update my info after the card is printed?

Yes — that's the point. Your card links to your digital profile, so you can change your job title, phone number, links and photo anytime without reprinting.

What's the difference between standard, bamboo and metal?

All three have the same NFC chip and QR code and work exactly the same. Standard is a light, durable PVC card, bamboo is made from real bamboo, and metal is white metal with a weighty premium feel, UV-printed in full color on both sides.

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping from €50. Delivery in 4–7 business days after your design is approved.

Do you offer volume discounts for teams or events?

What happens if I lose my card?
