How to reset my password from the Tapni App?

If you want to reset your password, please follow the below steps: 

Step 1: Open Tapni Mobile App or visit our web portal
Step 2: Click on “Sign In” .
Step 3: Click on “Reset password”
Step 4: Fill in your email address
Step 5: Click on "Reset Password"

 

‍You will receive an email with a link to reset your password, follow the instructions and you should be able to access your account.
